July 4 - 10, 2026
This mission is more than a trip. It’s a life-changing experience where the gospel is shared, relationships are built, and young hearts are forever marked by the love of Christ.
About the Appalachia Mission
For 45 years, the Appalachia Mission has brought youth groups and adults into the heart of the tri-state region of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia, one of the most underserved communities in the country, to share the love of Christ with children who need to hear it most.
Each summer, teams gather at Camp Jubilee in Tazewell, TN to lead Vacation Bible Schools, going door to door in local neighborhoods and pouring themselves into kids’ lives with creativity, energy, and the Gospel. But the mission doesn’t end when VBS does. Every evening, all teams come together to worship, study the Word, pray, and encourage one another. This is not just a mission trip, but a week of deep spiritual growth for every student and leader who attends.
